Homecare & Community
We provide home care and community services to cater for both public and private clients living independently in their homes within the community. Our priority is providing our clients with support workers and nurses who are qualified and trained to provide exceptional, safe and superior healthcare services to meet their needs.
Our staff:
- Support clients living independently by providing various support services to meet the client’s needs as required.
- Assist with tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry and other domestic chores.
- Support and encourage clients to maintain independence within their capabilities to achieve a sense of dignity and accomplishment.
- Facilitate activities of daily living (ADLs) such as assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring using equipment, eating/peg feeding and continence.
- Are efficient in documenting and maintaining accurate records
- Deliver accurate care according to individual client Care Plans
- Have current driver’s licences to provide transportation for clients.
